Suggestion: Draft System

Dear mods & admins of PC, I would like to suggest a Draft system for the PM system because if something comes up while you're typing a PM, you can save it as a draft & continue it later. Please give feedback. Thnx.

There is a personal notepad in your user CP: https://www.pokecommunity.com/usercp.php

For now, you can cut and paste your PM's there. It's a bit slower but it works all the same.
