Oh, welcome to the club, GM. I try to keep this club as uh lively as I can but I'm just Crystal Clair, not a mod or an admin or anything. Besides I've been here for only like four months. Wait four months? Holy Clair! I beat my "belonging to any forum and staying there" record. I know I have Bulbagarden but I just dont stop there every day anymore.
At Serebiiforums, I was Golden Pidgeotto. I may have said that a few times but I said it out proud and clear.
 
What got me interested in Pokemon?
Hold on a sec, I wrote a huge essay on that a while back and I just gotta find it.
I was at summer camp (just day camp) and we were in the woods and I was hearing about this huge phenominem. The kids at camp has these cards and were playing these games. I simply denied liking to it because I said, "Pokemon's for boys." But then I'm not sure if it happened when I won my first ever Pokemon card through a contest, tuned in to see Showdown At Dark City or just observed all the kids doing these things. But for sure, I did get addicted to Pokemon and the following winter, I got my first Gameboy Color (lime green) and my very first Pokemon game (the Yellow version) I was so new to the games that once I even asked my best friend at the time if "Brock and Misty follow you when you leave Pewter." Of course she said no and even now, I laugh at that idea.
But then the sixth grade came and the terrorists took down the WTC along with my TV reception and we didn't have cable. Of course I was devastated but what was I to do? So then I decided to make my own series based on my new school and slowly traded Pokemon in for it. I wrote over fifty stories on those characters of mine and they still exist on my pc.
But February of 2003, my very first real crush left me and I was so devastated that I didn't do any of my normal routine. I think my old routine stopped right there when she left. So eventually when I was recovering, I was looking through my room, found my old Red version, popped it into the lavender GBA that I had bought many years ago, played and became addicted. Finally I gathered up my courage and tuned to Pokemon to find the reception perfect again but to find a new season called Master Quest in affect. An interesting fact, the first encore episode on Friday I saw EVER starred Clair/Ibuki and from then on I liked her. In fact she was the first gymleader I had EVER seen since Bugsy and Hayato.
Oh, a side note, I did catch a few episodes when I was in my sixth grade phase. Every time I tuned on, Cassidy happened to be on and I watched for her because she was one of my first ever favorites from Pokemon.

Thank goodness for the copy and paste feature. Yes, I have a lot of Pokemon history from my childhood. Not watching Pokemon was all the terrorist's fault.

Actually, my friend convinced me to get the game but I didn't see all the minigames yet. I'll try this summer thou. I still have Banjo-Tooie game to get. Fortunate for me the games I want are like five bucks now.
In Stadium 1, my favorite and the cutest game is the Rattata game. Rattata is sooo kawaii!
 
Yeah, I sure am. I'm actually predicting the next region from what's happened so far.
Oh, I gotta tell ya, I'm a young comedian. I have truckloads of jokes I picked up at the joke site. Half of them are uh rated R but this was my favorite find this week

I'm working on the series right now. It's a series that took place from 1700AD to around 2000 AD. It tells the stories of a huge family who lived in a palace together and had to learn how to get along and to accept things. There have been many deaths, many Pokemon references and many fun stories not to mention sooo many curse words. That's why if I want to uh "dub" it to get it on to PokeCommunity, I gotta really edit the crap out of it.
I'll continue Marana in another post, it's too long to share a post with TNT.

About Marana:
The Marana region is a large, mountainious region that lies across the ocean from Johto. It's one of the regions on the east coast of the (insert name here) continent. The Marana region is basically a subtropical region like Houen except the second northernmost town Tekitle City gets about twenty inches of snow a year and they've built the city indoors. (imagine spriting an indoor city?) But in the valley of the western river, it's wet, rainy and like uh a tropical paradise. In the Marana region, the starting town is called Mandarin town. It's on an island and is a truly tropical island. Four trainers live there: Melissa, Aspen, Jerry and Dominique. Melissa is your average tomboy who has a crush on her childhood best friend Aspen. Aspen is the daughter of the town's professor, Professor Cypress who is a woman professor who owns a Pokemon farm. Aspen is a shy, cute girl who's first Pokemon was a Doduo. Then there's Jerry who has a computer nerd for a sister. Then there's Dominique who is basically a pretty boy who loves flowers, fashion and is very sensitive and has a huge crush on Jerry.

I cant choose between Jerry, Melissa and Aspen. I'll post pics up soon. Oh yeah, I did some Sugimori art of Mel and Asp.
Well I'll tell you more about Marana now since you're alert about the PKMN stadium minigames.
In Marana, they have the same thing going on there. Asp and Jer are competing in them together as rivals and I've already made a screenshot from the game I will one day complete. Well I called the competition a "Contesto" b/c I like already made words with a little thing added to them.
Did I mention I've been working on this region since last April? Yes, that long so you know this game I've been planning wont be just tossed together.
And the plot of the game
Get 8 badges, purchase property in region's forest, find out who Team Rocket really is and wait for the Pokemon league to open (there isn't a Pokemon league in the game until in the end becasue the previous Pokemon league was shut down because of a riot)
