it's a seadra only item... Clamperl relies on the deepsea items...
i know that they can be found by stealing off from horseas. I don't know if there's one where you can simply pick it up from the floor.

it's once again a theif only item... it's on Roselia and Cacnea.
Next time post "where is such and such items" in the simple question sticky... and also, keep in mind that 1.1 boosters are useless for a vast majority of the time.

poison barb is a useless item that gives poison attacks a bonus of 1.1 times as much damage... it's very useless so don't use it (only for collection value)
