I can't decide which of these should replace Latias on my Dragon team...

    Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers ** Draco
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Focus Punch
    - Safeguard/Ice Beam/Blizzard/Dragon Claw
    - Substitute
    - Thunder/Thunderbolt
Safeguard helps protect from status the way Latias did. But it's somewhat less useful without needing to stat-up. I do wish Dragonite could learn Calm Mind...

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers ** Godzilla
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Spd / 188 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt/Thunder
Definately better at this than Dragonite and doesn't have the ice weakness, but it doesn't have Safeguard. Plus Sand Stream could hurt my Bellyzard. I can remove the sandstorm with my Kingdra though.

    Milotic (F) @ Leftovers ** Mikaro
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 199 HP / 252 Def / 59 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Surf
I used this once, but I wondered if I had better options. Shrugs off hits nicely but doesn't like getting leech seed'd.

We'd probably have to see the whole team first.

I'm not an expert, but just wondering, would a Safeguard / Outrage combo work well for Dragonite?

No, I'm afraid it wouldn't work well at all. First off, Safeguard only protects you against your opponent's status effects, own ones still hit (Which is why you can still rest with Safeguard on). Furthermore, Outrage in itself is already a pointless move because Dragon Claw does the same damage but is more accurate, doesn't lock you onto a single move for a number of turns, and doesn't confuse the user. So yeah, Outrage = Pointless. Plain and simple.

Oh, ok. Here's the whole team. Latias is there so you know where Dragonite or TTar are going to go.

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers ** Ziggy
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 51 HP / 228 Spd / 228 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Leaf Blade
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute

    Latias (F) @ Soul Dew ** Laa
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 156 Spd / 192 SAtk / 160 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Dragon Claw
    - Recover
    - Safeguard

    Kingdra (F) @ Leftovers ** Liu
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 132 Def / 252 SAtk / 126 SDef
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Toxic

    Charizard (M) @ Salac Berry ** Johnny
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
    - Belly Drum
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Overheat
    - Substitute

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers ** Elvarg
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 136 HP / 232 Atk / 140 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide

    Steelix (M) @ Choice Band ** Ganeru
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 251 HP / 48 Atk / 76 Def / 135 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Iron Tail
    - Roar

Make sure your EVs equal 508. Interesting spread, I typically see the 4/252/252 variant.

    Tyranitar @ Choice Band
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) / Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Focus Punch
    - Hidden Power [Bug]
    - Rock Slide

Not too crazy about the choice between Dragonite and Tyranitar. Dragonite could replace Charizard easily enough, but you might go with a more defensive-minded Poke on the special side that can shrug off Ice-attacks. A Poke like Milotic maybe. If you squint hard enough, it can look Dragon-like. If you are willing to put in a leafy-thing with legs and a steel-thingymajig, the most beautiful Poke in all of Pokedom would be okay. Of the two choices though, CBtar would probably be the best thing here. There isn't a lot of things that can switch into this without taking some serious damage.

    Kingdra (F) @ Leftovers ** Liu
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 144 HP / 252 SAtk / 112 SDef or 112 Def
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf
    - Toxic/Hidden Power [Electric]

Personally, I would put those Def EVs into HP. If you fear physical damage more than special damage you can move the SDef EVs to Def, or even split them. HP EVs might be a little low though. Just make sure that your HP EVs are ALWAYS divisible by 16 to ensure max HP recovery. You might want to consider Hidden Power [Electric] over Toxic.

    Charizard (M) @ Salac Berry ** Johnny
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Belly Drum
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide/Hidden Power [Flying]/Overheat

    - Substitute

Not sure about this one. Keep in mind that the only type Flying can hit that Fire cannot is Fighting, and you have better counters for that anyway. Only use HP [Flying] if you aren't using a Fire move. Keep in mind that you have a RD'er on your team, and after one Overheat you are basically done. At least Fire Blast will give you more chances. Personally, I would take it out altogether. Charizard, that is. *cough cough* Dragonite *cough cough*

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers ** Elvarg
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 144 HP / 232 Atk / 132 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide/Fire Blast

Charizard who? With Tyranitar on this team, Wishmence just might not be a bad idea.

    Steelix (M) @ Choice Band ** Ganeru
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 251 HP / 48 Atk / 76 Def / 135 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Iron Tail
    - Roar

Haven't seen CBlix enough to form any opinion on it. Can certainly be a surprise. EVs aren't right though. Odd numbers are not your friend.
Still not sure about Tyranitar (especially the EVs) and your CBlix. If it works, it works.

Actually I did replace Latias with Milotic once. :) I think I'll put it below Tyranitar and Dragonite on the first page.

    Milotic (F) @ Leftovers ** Mikaro
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 199 HP / 252 Def / 59 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Surf

I stopped using it because... I'm not sure actually. O_o I wanted to try out Flygon I guess. (which stank as a special sweeper.)

I want to use Tyranniboah because I need a special attacker. CBtar sounds pretty effective but I'd be weak in special attackers. Plus Boah can counter Gengar, Celebi, and Starmie...

Oh, and CBlix DOES work, very nicely. :) It's a great anti-wall along with physical wall. CB explosion really destroys things.

You tried to use Flygon as a special sweeper? Tsk, no wonder it didn't work. A Flygon without Earthquake is a sad Flygon. Anyway, Toxic over Ice Beam on that Milotic and you've got yourself a vicious killer. Seriously, it walls like no-one's bussiness and hurts basically anything as most pokes that aren't affected by Toxic don't take Surf too well. Also, you could possibly divert a bit of those SAtk EVs to HP (If you can make it a number divisible by 16) or even SDef for more tanking potential. STAB Surf hurts even with low or non-existent EVs and Toxic obviously needs no EVs to it at all. ^-^

A special sweeper set for Flygon usually tries to involve EQ.

I'm not so sure about Charizard on the same team as a Rain Dancing Kingdra and Tyranitar.

Correction: A Flygon without Earthquake is a dead and useless Flygon. Never make a Flygon that doesn't know Earthquake. I'm a Netbattle noob, and I know not to make one without Earthquake for cryin' out loud! And yes, Milo is a terror with Toxic, and you should definitely drop Ice Beam if you have other dragon counters on your team.

I'm not so sure about Charizard on the same team as a Rain Dancing Kingdra and Tyranitar.

Well, as long as Char isn't special sweeping and the opponent doesn't happen to have a Rain Dancing Kingdra, he should be OK... but maybe I'm missing something here?

Anyway, I have nothing more to say, except maybe "My Sceptile has better EVs then yours!". Yeah.

Charizard's Fire attacks suffer from Kingdra's Rain Dance, and its Salac setup suffers from Sand Stream.

Right now I have Latias replaced by Boah and Charizard by Milotic.

Just to let you know, things like Sceptile, Charizard, and Milotic aren't technically Dragons even though they may look it. Salamence and Flygon deserve a spot on your team as they are good enough and actually are Dragons.

It's more of a "Dragon Classification" thing, not necessarily the literal type.

Yeah if I tried to go for all dragon types I'd get destroyed by ice attacks.

Well of course, but any Mono Type / Mono Look team is going to have one common weakness. Still, I would use Flygon as it can really mess up some teams.
