Yeah,this time I made something to kill my boredom.
I was gonna make it Glitter or Rainbow Letters,but you know...

Also the quality is not very good cuz it's .gif

Nope, not at all. Dragonair in purple is okay.. blue looks better though. Milotic being shiny brings down it's beauty.. ;[

I will prefer Dragonair's shiny form. For Milotic, I will not prefer it. I liked its normal form only.
