Dragonball Zeon: The End of New Beginnings

After I said I was going to do this weeks ago, here is finally a new chapter XD.

Chapter 6: Coming to terms

As Shen, Sakura, and Landon were flying to Komondo in mid day, the once bright blue sky was turning grey, and small droplets of water started to fall on Shen's face.

Luckily, the group was already in Komondo, but unfortunatly the droplets of water turned to heavy rain. As the three landed in the deserted streets of Komondo, the power that they were following grew stronger every second as the rain intensified.

"He's nearby I know he is." Shen spoke quietly.

Suddenly, out of no where a figure attacked Landon from the back, sending him on the hard pavement in a large puddle. It was Sytraset.

"I'm surprised, you were able to find me, most impressive young ones.." Sytraset said in a low manner with his red tail swaying back and forth, and his yellow evil eyes scowering at them.

Shen already had much anger towards him, and it didn't take long for that anger to turn his hair blonde, his eyes green, and his body stonger and faster into his alter ego, a Super Saiyan. Shen had finally realized what has happend and was at a state of shock, on what to think of this new power.

"Shen I told you that you were a Super Saiyen!" Sakura yelled, due to the loud rain that was happening.

Shen still didn't know what to think, and was still in a state of shock. Landon didn't really notice what had happend because his mind was focused on Sytraset. He charged forward for a head to head fight with him.

Landon and Sytraset, fought hit for hit, in the rain that beat off thier bodies. Landon was fighting with everything he had, and pulled out a sword that was hitched in its casing on his back, when he pulled it out it had, "Aiza" in small Japenese writing on the gold handle of it. As the silver blade of it, glistened in the rain, Landon went and tried to slice Sytraset's body with it.

Sytraset caught the sword in his hand, in a way that didn't make him shed any blood, and was resisting Landon's attack. As Landon pushed harder, to loosen Sytraset's grip the sword was beginning to bend.

Sakura knew that it was time to jump in, and with her clothes drenched in the continous rain, delivered a kick to Sytraset's head, but before it could be landed, Sytraset caught hold of Sakura's leg, and Sakura was suspended in mid air.

Shen was still shocked, still amazed he was a Super Saiyen that he wasn't paying any attention to what was happening to the two.

"Shen, do something!" Sakura yelled in the loud rain...

Shen had fallen into a trance that made a flashback enter his head. He remembers sitting down in a grassy field on a windy day, after an afternnoon of training.

"My father was the greatest fighter on earth, he protected this planet so many times even before I was born." Shen's father said sitting down with his legs folded.

"What was his name?" Shen asked with his legs folded also, and his white bandana blowing in the wind.

"His name was Goku, he was the first of the full blooded saiyan race, to become a Super Saiyen, and control his power. Vegita was his long time rival, and wanted to equal his power in every way."

"Was Sakura's grandfather as strong as him?" Shen asked.

"Almost, he was powerful none the less, but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't match Goku's, until one day he finally admitted that Goku is the stronger warrior, and they became fighting rivals ever since."

Shen's father Goten stood up, and said, " Shen.... you, Sakura, and I are the only known people on earth who has any saiyan blood in them to become a Super Saiyan, over the years my power level has droped and I can no longer achieve this level, but in a few years with hard training I believe that you can do it too."

Shen remembered how his father always underestimated his power.

"Not me, you said yourself that the way I train is like a blind rat." Shen joked.

Shen's father Goten had a small smirk on his face, and laughed.

The rain drops falling on his face finally awoke Shen to find that Landon and Sakura was fighting Sytraset and not doing too well, and noticed a sword broken in half was on the ground.

A yellow arora was forming arounf Shen as he too joined the battle...
 
Chapter 7: Stronger

Shen jumped in with his new form, and quickly turned the tables for Sytraset. Both Sakura and Landon were shoved to the side, not by Shen, but by the powerful arora that covered his body.

"You think your little Super Saiyan, form can stop me?! Nobody can beat me!" Sytraset yelled in the pouring rain, while the adrenline was pumping through his body.

Both Shen and Sytraset went head to head, more fiercely then Landon and Sakura. "Whoa, such power...." Landon whispered to himself in amazement.

As kick for kick, and punch for punch was exchanged, Shen's power level grew stedily as time went by. "Ahh!" Shen yelled before firing off a purple ki beam towards Sytraset.

Sytraset swatted it away with his right hand, effortlessly like it was childs play.

Both fighters were now on the stone pavement, with the rain chilly thier body to numbness. Sytraset was beginning to show some fatigue, a sign that he isn't as strong as he looks.

"You're tired already, for someone with an ego like yours this is most suprising." Shen said to ridicule Sytraset.

Sytraset was still huffing and puffing, but finally spoke out, "We haven't even started yet, how could you possibly think you stand a chance agaisnt me, after all..... I did murder your father."

Shen started to grind his teeth after with what he said about his father, and his power was beginning to rise more then usual. Sakura could only watch Shen, seeing what he would do next, "Shen can't do this alone, there is just too much of a power diffrence between them, even for a Super Saiyan..... its almost time"

"Now I'll show you some true power." Sytraset said in a low tone. He began by floating a few feet into the air, as if he was on the ground. He lifted his arms up in the air in a streched postion and began to scream.

The earth shook violently as this was taking place, and Sytraset seemed to be gathering energy from the atmosphere and adding to his already great power. The stone underneath him shattered like some sort of glass breaking on the floor, and the stormy weather turned to a windy thunder storm.

Sakura knew she had to act fast before Sytraset gathered enough power to easily defeat them, so she fired multiple ki beams from each of her hands to attack Sytraset, the beams turned to wet splashes from the rain as it went towards Sytraset, who seem to create a barrior to protect himself. Landon also joined on the assualt firing off two handed attacks that had the same effects of Sakura's.

Shen could feel the tremendous increase in power, and knew he could only wait as he was being rocked back and forth, from the sliding earth.

"Thats more like it." Sytraset said in a more relaxed tone, as the earth and thunder were turning back to normal. His body was more bulkier then before, and his tail was thicker. Currents of electricity were flowing in and around his body, and were visible due to the purple glow that it gave off.

Sytraset started off by walking towards Landon, with his menacing evil smirk on his ugly rough face. Landon was too intimidated to move, he just stood still whimpering.

"Aww, is the "strong" fighter scared?" Sytraset asked in a voice of pity. Landon then began to create a ball of energy between his hands but was interrupted by Sytraset, he then began to wrap his tail around Landon's legs and swaying him back and forth playfully in the air.

Landon was completely immobilzed and struggled with all his effort as he was being swayed by Sytraset's tail.

Sakura seen enough and charged towards Sytraset who knew that she was going to attack. Sytraset jumped up in the air, just long enough to get away from her low kick, and got behind her to put her in a bear hug. Sakura body was being sqeesed with enough force for her to scream in pain.

Shen was having another flashback from the past, with Sakura and himself.

"Your it Shen!" A young Sakura said, who was only 5 at the time.

Shen raced towards her but she was too fast for him to catch up to. So it make her be it again, he tripped her resulting in her falling in a nearby pond and skining her leg on a jagged rock.

"Ahh!!" She yelped in her high pitched voice.

"I'm sorry Sakura, I didn't think that you would get hurt." Shen said in a apologetic tone of voice.

She sniffed but finally got up, from the soaking pond. "Its ok Shen your my best friend so I know that you didn't mean it." She laughed....

Her cries ignited Shen's already burning anger, the arora around his body intensified to the point where it began to lift him off the ground. He exploded towards Sytraset in an attempt to hurt him in a way that he release Sakura and Landon from his grip.

Sytraset was caught off guard, and didn't see Shen coming who then delivered a devastating kick to Sytraset's stomach that left a very noticable mark, in the shape of a foot. Sytraset immediatly loosened his grip of both the fighters, and was now just gasping for air.

After a moment Sakura and Landon, was alright, but the chilling rain was having an effect on thier bodies, tht uncontrolable shivering was taking place.

Sytraset now on the ground with his knees, and in much pain that it was difficult for him to stand, "But how.... so much power," He began to say, "How could a Saiyan, have such power that it brought Aiwa to his knees, our race is suppose to be superior to any, I'm going to report this to father." Sytraset thought to himself in dismay.

His body began to melt way and disapear he said," Shen, I don't know how you became so powerful, but I will be back and you will see my true body form....Hahahahahahahaha!"

As the three watched Sytraset melt away in the harsh rain, Shen wanted to know what Sytraset meant when he said, "His true form......"

I was going to post that last chapter next week, but its been a while when I said I was going to do it, so I just posted it. I think I'll type out another one later today.
 
Chapter 8: Komondo Training Temple

Shen was still curious with Sytraset's last words, "His true form..." and just stood there blankly in the now gentle rain. By this time, still not able to control his Super Saiyan form, his body just automatically went back to normal, with the aura around his body slowly disappearing.

Landon stood up, a little sore from Sytraset's tight squeeze, that he put on him and Sakura, his body was even more sore with the icey coldness of the heavy rain.

"Whoa that was a bit harder then I thought." Landon said in a satified voice.

"Oh its not over yet, Sytraset just left us and is proberly training himself to be even stonger then he already is, he deeply underestimated our strength, especially Shen's." Sakura said in an unusally softer voice.

The rain that was causing the groups body to get numb, was beginning stop and the once stormy rain clouds, turned grey, creating a cloudy day.

Shen finally came to his sences, and turned around to where Sakura and Landon was, "Are you ok?" he said looking at each of them.

"We'll be fine, but the question is are you ok? You gave Sytraset quite a scare when you attacked him." Sakura said to Shen before standing up herself.

"Of course I'm ok, Sytraset doen't scare me he already knows that if we kept fighting, we would eventully defeat him, which is why he left us. Its just a matter of time when we will find him again and finally get rid of him." Shen explained in his cocky tone of voice.

"I didn't know that you were a Super Saiyan, I've heard that Saiyans exist, but I didn't know that you were one." Landon said to Shen.

"I didn't know either, I didn't think it was true when Sakura first told me, but now that I do know, the trick is controlling it." Shen expalined while looking at his body to see if had any physical changes.

"So where do we go from here, we won't be seeing Sytraset for a while, so we have to do something." Sakura interrupted.

"Wait I sense something..." Landon closed his eyes to say, "I feel so many strong power levels around here, there is still something in this town I know it." Landon flew off, Sakura and Shen followed closed behind, amazed that Landon could feel power levels from so far away.

The continued fly a few feet off the ground for a mile or two, and it was clear that the people of Komondo had been killed, by Sytraset and his "sidekicks", the small houses that the people lived in had been destroyed, and so had the few cars that were in the area, there seem to be nobody left.

"Wreckless evil..... but why?" Sakura thought to herself, not fully understanding why Sytraset is doing this, and if he has some sort of plan.

The many power levels that Landon had sensed miles away were starting to be detected by both Shen and Sakura, and soon after the group reached a temple, with high tress that grew from ground surrounding the temple entrance, there was a large traditonal doorway blocking off intruders who deared to enter. At the top of the black and brown brick structure, there was a message that said, " Komondo Training Temple", in Japanese writing.

"A training temple? That must be were you detected the power levels from Landon, but theres no way to get in." Shen said, landing on the patchy grass.

Suddenly the huge door that blocked unwanted guests slowly shifted to the right, causing a screeching sound that could be felt down their bodies. The door eventully opened all the way, and there was a dirt pathway that led to a hall.

Before anyone could go any further there was a sparkle at the corner of Sakura's eye and a elderly man jumped to do a sneak attack on Sakura.

The two of them had it out, by the old man attacking Sakura with kicks in a way to test her power. Sakura defended herself with great skill while constantly dodging what the old man was doing, with various jumps and flips.

The strange man then put more power into his technique by adding punching to his assault that was easily avoidable at first, but then the heat go turned up when he put more strength into it, that Sakura had to use her forarms to block his attacks, while her feet were sliding on the dirt pathway.

"What Sakura I'l......" Landon started in frustration.

"No, this is a temple she is being tested for how strong she is." Shen interupted putting his arm out to stop Landon.

He put a smirk on his face, jumped back a few yards and immdiatly fired a white beam that was headed towards Sakura. It was going to fast for her to dodge it on time and she didn't want to use her body to block it.

She paniced and something in her turned her power level way up, and she quickly performed her signature, Tornado Wind where she quicked threw her left arm forward that blew a great gust of wind, and with her other arm dangling, she threw it forward as well causing a huge gust of wind, that was so powerful, it could easily destroy a large house.

The white beam that was fired collided against Sakura's Tornado Wind, and it seemed like it was trying to break it, but it was no use, Sakura's attack destoryed the old man's ki attack and it smashed against him causing him to fly off in the temple walls.

After the smoke cleared, Sakura was standing with a gentle aura around her and her black hair looked like Shen before going Super Saiyan, her body was bigger but she didn't have the features of a Super Saiyan.

The man she was fighitng got up after rubbing his head, and said, "Welcome to the Komondo training temple."
 
Chapter 9: Master Gen, and the kid in red

"You're a good fighter, you could easily pass as a Sensei if you really wanted to." The elderly, yet strong man said standing up straight now.

"A Sensei...? Me?" Sakura calmly asked to herself, looking at the green grass surronding the area.

She was puzzled at the thought, and was beginning to doubt her ablilties, she looked up at the elderly man who seem to be at least in his late 80's with his protruding big nose sticking out, and his face full of grey hair, but she knew that couldn't be because of his fighting technique and the way he stood, a sort of mantis style with his hands drooped down like he is about to pounch on his prey. The traditional Sensei uniform that he wore, was purple and a red flag seemed to hand by his right waist, matching the red shoes that he wore.

"I still have alot to learn myself, there are many other who are stronger then me mentaly and phsically." Sakura said in a higher tones voice. She knew the only known people strogner then herself were Sytraset and....Shen.

"Nonsense, I haven't seen such power in ages! What is your name? He asked, his posture less tense and more relaxed.

"Sakura, and yours?"

"I am Gen, the leader and Sensei of the Komondo Training Temple, we have been here for over 2 centuries, this Temple will not last very long, but the students and I get by." Gen explained, with both his arms forward, buried in the baggy sleeves.

Shen and Landon could only look on while Sakura and Gen talked. Landon knew that Gen was a wise man, from his master Aiza and listened to what he said.

"Come now, let's go inside and talk some more." Gen commanded politely.

Gen walked up to the great Temple doors, and gave a quick bow that slowly opened the doors.

"What?" Shen asked, stumped on how he did that without using his voice, or hands.

"Heh, the dead spirits surrouding this place are everywhere for protection, for the sake of the temple from... "them", they allowed me to enter because every generation has a Sensei that becomes the leader and they let me in." Gen explained while the giant doors swung open.

"Wow, there must be little trouble that you and your students encounter." Shen commented, in a surprised voice.

"You would be surprised on what goes down here." Gen said wiht no emotion in his voice.

As the group followed Gen from the grassy feilds, to the narrow dimly lit hallway, there were other uniforms of past Sensei's who guarded this temple. There were many ranging from baggy, to really tight.

When the hallway came to a end, there was a open doorway that opened on Gen's arrival, as the door opened there were many people in Karate uniforms in what seemed to be a garden with many types of colurful flowers around everywhere.

Dueling was going on with almost everyone who was there, ranging from really little kids, to older teenagers of both girls and boys. One who stook out from all the fighting that took place was a blonde teenage boy, that looked around the age of Shen but had a really young chilish face, who wore a red karate uniform, with a black belt for support. His sleaves looked to be cut off, as Shen's and Sakura's.

In all the grassy type green garden, he seemed to be the only one using advanced fighting skills and short ki beams to his oppenent, who had brown hair and was dressed the same way as the other blonde kid, but his face seemed to be more serious while he dodged and ducked from his opponents punches and kicks. Also he wore a white bandana around his forehead, similar to Shen's.

"Attension!" Gen yelled, that halted everything that went on.

"Yes Gen-san" The students said together as one voice.

"This is Sakura-chan and her friends, welcome them!"

Everybody stood there in many straight lines, as if they were soliders, and took a uniform bow.

"These three warriors are very skilled when it comes to fighting, they mean us no harm." Gen explained to his young students.

The one in red stared at Sakura, as Gen was speaking out to them. Sakura could only notice and stare back at him. as the slight breeze moved his blonde hair that was tied back with a red tie.

The group felt a bit embarrassed and uncomfortable, being the center of attention for dozens and dozens of students.

Gen lifted his right arm, signaling that he was done talking and they can carry on with what they were doing.

"I will be back, I have a few things to do try to get the students a little more." Gen said to the group, before walking calmly through the fighting, with his arms behind his back buried in the sleeves, and attacks that the students preformed, and seemingly dissapearing. in the distance.

Some students were fighting, while others stayed in the shaded area, where there was a little roof to protect them from sun. Many of them approached Shen, Landon, and Sakura, while others just watched with impressed eyes and asked many questions such as, "Whats your name?", "Who is your Master", "How strong are you?".

Shen answered the one about his master with, "My master was my father, Sytraset killed him and I am out ot avenge his death."

The group surronding them gasped in amazement, and one even said, "Wow you really must be strong!"

The boy in red still caught Sakura's eye, as his power level was alot stronger then the rest of the students. She stepped off the grainy cement, and into the green grassy fields, careful not to get in between anyone fighting.

He was still fighting his oppenent that was wearing the same uniform as him, when Sakura interrupted him, before he was able to launch a final attack.

"Hello Sakura-chan, my name is Ryu. Master Gen says that your very skilled and the way I can feel your power he is telling the truth." He spoke out, with a masucline but soft voice.

"I am, but there's one other who is stronger then me unfortunatly." Sakura said with an actul smile on her face that showed off her beautiful teeth, and soft skin under the dirt on her face.

"Maybe we should fight, and find out how strong you really are." Ryu joked.

"Ok but, I'm go...." Sakura was interrupted with someone talking to her in her mind.

The same thing happened to Landon and Shen, as they were having light conversation with the students about their studies. The voice said, "Sakura, Shen, Landon! We need to talk right away!" It was clear that is was Gen's, high pitched voice, but it was unclear where it was coming from.

Suddenly, the wall on the side of the grassy field exploded, and the sky began to turn grey.

"This can't be good...." Landon said.
 
Coolness, I still wonder who Sakura's Grandpa is... It must be a Saiyan... SO there's Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Nappa, Radditz... Brolli!?

Only time will tell... =/ Anyway, Its a pretty good story except I think in Chapter 2 it mentioned something about Full-Blooded Saiyans... Weird.
 
It didn't say anything about being a full blooded saiyan, Sakura, and Shen are the only ones left with any sayian blood in them.

And Sakura's grandfather is Vegeta, its not following the story exact, but its using parts of it.
 
I decided to bring back this fan-fic, I really enjoyed writing the chapters for this, so I thought of bringing it back ^^'.

Now this is a short chapter, but enjoyable nonetheless ^^.

Chapter 11: The Prolouge

The brick wall that had been destroyed, was resting on that grassy field, now a lost memory to Gen when he put it up many years ago. As the dust from the explosion settled, all that was seen was more grass on the other side.

"What's going on here, walls don't explode by themselves!" Landon yelled in a upset manner.

"Hmm.. I don't sense a power level, I wonder what could be the cause of all this?" Shen spoke out, in front of the students that huddled around him from the shock of explosion.

Just then Gen appeared in the distance, looking quite calm in his wrinkled elderly face. He looked at the precious wall, and picked up a piece of debre that was lying on the ground, he closed his eyes and broke the piece of shattered brick in his hand, now looking quite upset.

"I know exactly who did this..," he started off in a low monotone voice, still staring at has hand. "Those Liquid Cobra's, came back for more and they're still around here to finish what we started.

Gen's voice was just loud enough for everyone to hear, including Ryu who was standing a few meters to the left of the huddled group. Gen closed his eyes softly, when a tear ran down his right cheek, unable to recover to the lost of the century old wall. He began to breath heavily as to think he was sobbing, but suddenly a sharp power was detected that all three fighters felt, so powerful that it caused an imbalance between light and darkness around them.

Gen's body began to slowly rise in the air, causing the ground underneath him to break and crumble under the power. The sky was now a mix between daylight and darkness, twisting together to cause a black and grey spiral in the atmosphere. The power that was detected kept getting stonger and stronger until it was unbearable for the mind of Landon to handle.

"Ahh...!" Landon screamed in agony as his body felt weak, before passing out on the cement that everyone stood on.

"Landon!" Shen yelled out, trying to wake him up the best he could, while the power slowly drained him of energy as well.

The students, including Sakura could only look on as Gen's eyes were turning dead white, and a strong black aura surronded his small body. He was now powering his body up, and at the same time taking energy from everyone who was there, to add to his already great strength.

It was too much of a shock for most of the students who were no older then 10-15, as they screamed in pain and fell to the ground from the excessive amount of energy being collected. Somehow Ryu, who seemed to be the strongest in the bunch, was standing with his arms infront of him, clenching his fists until you would think blood would appear from the pressure and a agressive look on his face to tell that he was definatly feeling the energy loss, while Shen and Sakura felt it but not as much as everyone else.

The power the was being collected could now be seen floating in the air, as it was absorbed by Gen's black aura that covered his body, so much in fact, that he could no longer be seen.

If anything could have gotten any worse, there was suddenly another power that soon detected and was comming towards the Temple at an alarming rate.

Landon, was still passed out on the cement with Shen still trying to get him to snap out of it, with light jabs to his upper body.

"Shen's you'll hurt him that way." Sakura managed to say, under the yelling and screaming that was going on.

"I don't care, a few hits isn't going to kill him." Shen responded hysterically, looking quite conserned for Landon.

"Amazing." Sakura thought to herself, apart from all that was going on," Shen barely knows Landon, but seems so concerned for his health, he really does ca..."

Sakura was interrupted, by a rumbling that could be felt under her feet, and a rumbling that shook the Temple itself!

Just then a power level that could be felt from far away, was among all the children and it was something that noone had felt before. As the body of the person landed behind Gen's aura, Shen couldn't help but think that he had seen that being before...
 
meh. So its just set in the DBZ universe where you can get Dyed Hairgel that goes on without doing anything. n.n'
