Dragonite black star promo misprint

    Hi folks - I've been helping my friend sell Pokémon cards on eBay and he found a Dragonite black star promo misprint with the WB upside down in the bottom left. Quick google search says it's 1 of 30 making it one of the rarest cards.

    He should get it PSA graded, right?
