Lucario @ Life Orb or Choice Scarf ???
    Naive | Inner Focus
    252 Spd, 129 Atk, 129 Sp Atk
    ~Aura Sphere
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Earthquake
    ~Extremespeed

    Mixed Sweeper. *****
    - Should I use Life Orb or Choice Scarf for Lucario?

    Medicham @ Choice Scarf
    Jolly | Pure Power
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
    ~Thunderpunch
    ~Hi Jump Kick
    ~Psycho Cut
    ~Ice Punch

    Physical Sweeper. *****

Azelf @ Leftovers or Choice Specs ???
    Timid | Levitate
    252 Sp Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
~Nasty Plot or Shadow Ball ???
    ~Psychic
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Flamethrower or U-turn ???

    Special Sweeper. *****
    - I'm not sure what item to give Azelf and whether I should I have Nasty Plot in the moveset or not.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Bold | Natural Cure
    252 Def, 129 Sp Def, 129 HP
    ~Aromatherapy
    ~Softboiled
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Seismic Toss

    Special Wall and Aromatherapy. *****

Garchomp @ Leftovers or Choice Band ???
    Hasty | Sand Veil
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
~Swords Dance or what move ???
    ~Dragon Claw
    ~Earthquake
~Fire Fang or Fire Blast ???

    Physical Sweeper. *****
    - I don't know what item I should use for Garchomp. I don't know whether I should have Swords Dance in the moveset or not. I suppose Fire Blast is best for Garchomp
to counter physical walls like Skarmory (Fire Blast instead of Fire Fang since Skarmory has lower Sp. Def). But please tell me what you think about that.

Skarmory @ Leftovers or Shed Shell ???
    Impish | Sturdy
    252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
    ~Roost
    ~Whirlwind
    ~Spikes
    ~Drill Peck

Physical Wall, Phazer, and Spiker. *****
    - Should I use Leftovers or use Shed Shell to escape from Magneton if it comes out?

medicham needs bulk up w/ 108 sp def and about 100 def EVs. remember, its ability doubles its physical moves, so like 100 attack evs will do, but you should definitely max out its speed. to make up for those missing attack evs, replace thunder punch with Bulk Up. beleive it or not, but medicham causes a lot of switching and you should take that opportunity to boost its attack as well as its defense because even with full Speed EVs, it gets outran by almost everything.

If I were to use bulk up for medicham. Then how is it going to utilize Choice Band/Scarf? Plus, even with 100 def EVs, after Medicham does Bulk up, he'll still be hit pretty hard. It can't take hits.

Medicham is fine. The real question there is *Brick Break or *Hi Jump Kick. I personally like *Brick Break because i don't like my Choicers to miss but i'm sure you contimplated this and favored the extra pop.

How this guy didn't get *Close Combat is beyond criminal.

I'm not crazy about Lucario the mixed version. If you are going mixed than you should use *Close Combat as a (Fight) option because you'll mainly need it for Special Walls who'd rather take an *Aura Sphere. I would also carry *Stone Edge > *Earthquake for better coverage. Last slot is up to you but i wouldn't throw away the (Dark) attacks out the window. *Extremespeed / *Crunch / *Dark Pulse you choose.

I like Azelf with *Psychic / *Flamethrower / *Nasty Plot / *Explosion. But if you are AntiBoom than i'd replace *Explosion with *Shadow Ball and leave *Thunderbolt on the scrap heap as (Psychic) / (Fire) / (Ghost) hits everything neutrally.

Garchomp should use *Sword Dance + *Fire Blast. Most (Steel) types have a higher Defense than Special Defense and that means Special Attack is the way to go.
