    After beating team galactic in valley wind works, wait in front of the building the next Friday after beating them, and drifloon will appear

    Just a tip you CAN manually change your time and day on switch like for swsd to activate that event just be sure to do so before valley works location idk if it matters but jic then manually do change to a Friday and walk to valley works wala he,she's yours can confirm it works as of time of post
