It's an interesting concept, but the issue I have is that Lucario is easily KO'd by a lot of Pokemon in the format. Druddigon has a better attack because it locks them in its Clutch attack, and of course using Catcher to bring up a Pokemon that isn't setup or to bring up support Pokemon to KO them with Druddigon would work pretty well, but beware of how easily Druddigon can be KO'd because of its low HP. To remedy that, you'll want to run Eviolite. I'd also add in some Plus Power so your KOs come easier. Everything in your deck can take advantage of those.
