DS online server release date

Does anyone have any idea when the DS online server is goning to be up? I've searched everywhere and all i found was "4 months after DS's release". That would have been March 21, but as far as i no its STILL not up. Any info on when the server's gonna be realesed would be appreciated.

All should be hopefully ansewered at E3. Wait a month.

I don't recall anything about it being four months after the launch. I could be wrong though.
