I have bred the growlith with the specification you wanted so that one is ready. Your totodile is not quite ready yet.
I don't do cloning.. I don't like having cloned Pokemon
I will let you know by today when I am ready to trade.

The Blastoise is EV Trained, and I can get all the pokemon to my black and white games so that is not a problem.
