4th Gen Dueling and team rules ?

Can someone fill me in on the aparent new rules that i seem to have missed out ?

I havent dueld on wifi in like a year and i just did a couple duels with my new team i went 2 wins 1 loss and went 5-6 on the loss, but i noticed all 3 of them used legendary pokemon even tho i said standard rules ect..

Regiice, Jurachi, for a couple. Not that i have a problem with it cuss there not that tough but still there stats are higher then average. I was reading someone else saying this and the guy responded saying they just OU pokemon and not banned.

If this true can you give me a list of legends you can use in duels now ? Items i might have missed also plz ?

Those aren't considered uber anymore. theyre OU (overused). You can specifically ask for no legendaries. The battle stadium has a sticky for this, i think.

K Thanks, so aparently you can use pretty much all the old legends but a few even some of the newer ones like heatran it seems.

Thats good to know iv always wanted to use them but no one would ever let you

Not really, Heatran is OU, as well as Articuno. On the other hand, Mew and Darkrai are uber. It doesn't depend of the generation. Just check that link.
