The ONLY way to get this is to teach a Male XD Baton Pass Beedrill Toxic Spikes and breed it with a female Spinerak/Ariados.
 
Actually Dun if BP is a move tutor in Platinum then it won't be that hard to get, also Toxic is a TM all you really need to get is Spikes.

Shaymin instantly reverts back to Land Forme when on Wi-Fi, like all the other new formes.
