How about a Modest or TImid One. Bold could work to, same thing with whatever nature Lowers Attack and Raises Special Defense

The First person to Trade with me gets the Earthquake TM
The Second gets the Psychic TM
The Third, Fourth, Fith, and Sixth get Focus Blast TMs
The Seventh gets a Brick Break TM
