Not at all. You could get one in pokepark Japan back in the advance days. There's also a Petal Dance Illumise.

Basically, it's an event move like Roar of Time/Spacial Rend on Darkrai and Surf Pikachu.

Interestingly, in GSC, ALOT of Pokemon had it as an NYPC move. Pikachu, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Jynx, and Golduck.

Well, if you accept my offer, the Shedinja / Deoxys is really the only thing I'm intrigued about. If not, I could try to use the Pal Park in a few hours, (if I can't do it immediately.) And get you the three Regis. BTW, define "Hadou." Will you accept the normal Regis as well?
