Can anyone help me. I know nothing of Pokemon but my daughter has a Durant Card misprinted as Mewtwo. Does this make the card a highly collectible?

Nah, it's counterfeit. Compare to official cards of that era and you may notice a difference in fonts and rendering of the type/energy icons. There may be more typos, too (if it's the one I think it is, lbs. is written as libras and the effect of the second attack says doers instead of does).
