DVDs Not Working...?

First of all, try with different softwares.
Is it an Import? Imports sometimes dont read right in newer PC's
Try cleaning the DVD, that helps.
If you have access, open your PC and check the connections.
Call Tech support.

Is it only DDeoxys that doesn't work?
And DVDs are of different types, DVD+R and DVD-R, make sure your DVD has both, if not, your DVD ROM maybe of one type and the DDeoxys DVD maybe of the other type and that's why it doesnt work.

try using one of those cd's that clean your readers lence.

Maybe you need to re-install your DVD software.

Check your jumper settings, and if they're fine then take your computer to the shop and get it repaired, or ask a knowledgeable friend to look at it for you.
