3rd Gen earning badges on the gameboy games

well everytime you earn a badge from a gym,pokemon of difrent lvls listen to you and stuf.Does anyone have a list wich badge does suport what lvl?

1st Badge:Ups All Your Stats A Litle Bit, And Allows You To Use HM05 Outside Of Battle.
2nd Badge:Pokemon Up To Level 30 Obey You. Also Lets You Use HM01 Outside Of Battle.
3rd Badge:All Your Pokemon's Speed Raises A Little Bit, And Allows You To Use HM02 Outside Of Battle.
4th Badge:Pokemon Up To Level 50 Obey You. Also Also Allows You To Use HM04 Outside Of Battle.
5th Badge:All Your Pokemon's Defense Raises A Little Bit, Also Allows You To Use HM03 Outside Of Battle.
6th Badge:Pokemon Up To Level 70 Obey You. Also Lets You Use HM06 Outside Of Batle.
7th Badge:All Your Pokemon's Special Raises A Little Bit, Also Lets You Use HM07 Outside Of Battle.
8th Badge:All Pokemon Obey You.
