Editing Backsprite and Front Sprites Pokemon Fr&LG

So we are gonna edit Back Sprites and Front Sprites in pokemon FR and LG ROMs.
Programs
NSE 2.0 or 2.1
A painting program ( I will be using Paint.net )

Back sprites
First open NSE and load rom

Next press navigate where to go for Red is below

Then press open, close the navigation window, now go to file, Export, Export Bitmap, it can be named whatever you want and it can be a .BMP or a .PNG

Next edit the .BMP or .PNG in your painting program. Use any color. Anything thats the background color will not be in the game.
This is what I will use

Once your done go back to NSE viewing the sprite, and go to Edit, Pallete,
It will look like this

Return to your painting program get out color picker, and the advanced color settings

Find the first color in the Protaganists pallete that you wanna replace don't replace the backgrounds color, color pick the color you wanna replace the color in the pallete, In the painting program in the advance setting you see how much red, green, and blue are inside. Then press edit in the pallete in NSE. Press define Custom Colors in type the numbers in order. Finish the pallete.

If you look at the sprite it is messed up.

First press save pallete to rom
To fix it you use the tools above. Then save the sprite.

Your not done yet go back to navigate and edit the other frames

Front sprites

It is the same thing exept you go edit a front sprite. Theres no frames.
