Editing EBS PNG Sprite Sheets?

    Hi All,

    I am looking to make some minor edits to existing Pokemon sprites from Lukas Elite battle system,

    Obviously when I open these in GIMP I see every frame , so I may have 50 charmander sprites to edit, is the only way to modify these sprites to go over each one by one? I guess for colouration I may be able to hue / saturate the entire image to do a bulk edit, but if say I only wanted to change the eyes, would I have to edit frame by frame?

    Im looking to add armour and accessories to certain Pokemon while keeping them animated like EBS has it
