[Other] Editing RTC script

I don't have any experience whatsoever hacking ROMs, so excuse my ignorance.

Would it be possible for me to edit the scripts in Liquid Crystal to make it so the boats to Kanto and the Orange Islands don't run off of the RTC? If so, how difficult would this be? Which tools would I use to do it? Thanks in advance for any answers.

It would be quite easy with average scripting knowledge.

The tools you would use would be AdvancedMap 1.92 and XSE 1.1.1, and there are plenty of tutorials that can get you up to snuff on scripting. :)
