[Battle] Editing Trainers with custom moves

So i downloaded the Hopeless Trainer Editor, because i wanted to tinker with the trainers of pokemon Vega (and if i get the hang of it, some other hacks too) but i got a big nope from the program, whenever i was clicking on a pokemon with custom moves. I tried with other editors with simialr problems.
I was getting this error--->

Is there any way to edit these either with this, or any other editing tool?

You have to change your .ini accordingly.
