Hi Again Everyone! This deck is Eelzone, and Magneboar together with your favorite dragons, Reshiram and Zekrom! This is the deck i'm probably going to use for states and maybe for the whole season (with some tweaks along the way). Here's the list, and after is the strategy.

    22 Pokémon

    3-2-3 Magnezone Prime
    3-1-2 Emboar
    3-3 Eelektrik
    1 Reshiram EX
    1 Zekrom EX

    21 T/S

    1 Eviolite
    1 Retrieval
    4 Junk Arm
    3 Max Potion
    1 Catcher
    4 Rare Candy
    1 Cilan
    1 Collector
    2 PETM
    3 Juniper

    17 Energy

    11 Fire
    6 Lightning

Strategy... READ! BEFORE YOU POST< MAKE SURE IT'S NOT COVERED IN HERE FIRST!!

Lead with Magnemite, Reshiram or Zekrom. Have Magnemite, Tepig, and Tynamo on your bench asap and evolve them soon, too. Once you have Emboar out, start doing the Fandango with Reshiram. Eviolite should be on either Resh or Zek. Your bench should hopefully be set up now, with emboar, eelektrik, and magnezone up. Accumulate fire energy around the field, but not so much so that the occasional Mewtwo EX can X-Ball for a Prize Card. When you're opponent has gotten enough of the constant Brave fire and Strong Volt + Dynamotor, it will be time for a Lost Burn. do a quick fandango, then Lost Burn for a hopeful OHKO. Keep it up, occasionally switching back to Reshiram or Zekrom to conserve energy. From the high retreats, you can Dynamotor some of them back. Be sure to monitor the amount of energy you put in the Lost Zone. Remember. We only have 17 Energy. Thanks you guys!

Should I add any special energy, and if so which ones and what to take out?
There's only one catcher because the strategy is not to find a weakling and easy OHKO it, but to just take out any Pokémon with Lost Burn and most Pokémon with Brave Fire and Strong Volt. In my point of view, this deck can actually be pretty quick. I just have to use it right... Go ahead and lecture me now!! :)

yeah, but I've got enough of the Pokémon numbers themselves so 1 works for me... So far at my league, I've only needed one. Do you think MagneBoar and Eelzone is too much? or am I fine? I find it hard to get all of my evolutions fully set up quickly, but once I get setup, I'm taking prizes every turn.

I agree with donavannj. My personal issue with it though is the bulkiness of your attacks, and even if you do setup for the attack, it's likely that your opponent will already have chipped away at you in the meantime. Terrakion also proves to be a colossal threat to your deck since its revenge-killer status is incredibly threatening with its type advantage over your deck.

My other issue is that your only real attackers outside of Magnezone are EX's, and thus 2-prize losses if they go down. Reshiram won't go down quite as easily, but the fate of your game with him really rests on a coin flip, which isn't great. Your only options after that are Magnezone and Emboar, and while Magnezone is an almost guaranteed KO on anything, it comes at the cost of unrecoverable energies, and Emboar can only take care of Cobalion, Virizion and stray Shaymins, but if you're down to that you're likely getting countered by Kyurem.
