3rd Gen Eevee evolution

I need to know something...

What determines what pokemon eevee evolves too? Because i need both espeon and umbreon but i dont know which one eevee is going to eveolve into

It depends on the time.
Espeon evolves when it loves you and it is during the day.
Umbreon evolves at night.

Eevee evolves through happiness into Espeon during the day, into Umbreon during the night due to happiness.

To further clarify, "day" is 12 AM to 12 PM in Gen III, whereas "night" is 12 PM to 12 AM. Additionally, this only applies to RSE, as FrLg doesn't have a clock feature.

Eevee + Water Stone -> Vaporeon
Eevee + Fire Stone -> Flareon
Eevee + Happiness at day(12hAM -> 12h PM) -> Espeon
Eevee + Happiness at night(12hPM ->12hAM) -> Umbreon
Eevee + up lv in Moss Rock -> Leafeon
Eevee + up lv in Ice Rock -> Glaceon

happiness need eat max vitamil or always trainer with you
