2nd Gen Eevee Evoultions

Hi i'm currently playing Silver and am working on getting all the eevee evolutions i have Umbreon and Espeon but do not know where to get the stones to evolve my other Eevee's can someone help me out

 

[Shiny Umbreon]

At Bill's house (on Route 25, not Goldenrod) you'll find his grandfather. He'll tell you about a Pokémon without exactly saying its name. Bring that Pokémon to him and he will give you an evolution stone until you have all four.
