Ok I admit that was a hard question as for me I'd say Eevee would stand a good chance against Espeon tough battle thats for sure but Eevee could win if it wanted too

Evee so so

True Evee's look appeal is better than most pokemons, but its only true cntributions that are useful, are its evolutions (7 so far!) which all rock ( except maybe Flareon) and baton pass.
