i dont know if this has been asked, but is there a way to get eevee in r/s/e?

no, you have to trade it from firered or leafgreen

Or you trade an evolution of Eevee from Pokemon Colosseum/XD to R/S/E.
But it´s much easier to get it from FR/LG xD

and with and eevee in r/s/e you can have umbreon and espeon!!!
