Just recently I found I could get an eevee from bebe in hearthome.

It was sadly a boy but I used a trick by migrating a ditto from my emerald I found in the deasert underpass, and breed it with eevee to make a whoel bunch of eevees.

Even a few modests and adamants.

Now theressome things I'd like to know...

    1. Are Eevee evolutions good tourniment/wifi material? or just for fun battles?

    2. which of them make better phisical attackers and special attackers?

    3. what are some good evs? i dont normaly ev train

    4. wheres the ice rock to evolve it into glacion in diamond? I cant find it.

Some of them are good. (Ex. Jolteon, Espeon)

    2. which of them make better phisical attackers and special attackers?

Basically whichever one has a higher stat max for that given stat.

Depends on which one you want to evolve it into.

    4. wheres the ice rock to evolve it into glacion in diamond? I cant find it.

Ones in the forest by Eterna city and the other by Snowpoint city.

Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Umbreon are the only OU Eeveelutions, Leafeon's UU, and the rest are NU.

    2. which of them make better phisical attackers and special attackers?

Flareon, Umbreon, and Leafeon are physically oriented while Jolteon, Vaporeon, Espeon, and Glaceon are specially oriented. Although Umbreon is a much better tank than attacker.

For Vaporeon *, for Jolteon *, for Flareon *, for Espeon *, for Umbreon *, for Leafeon *, for Glaceon *. Those articles should help you get started.

    4. wheres the ice rock to evolve it into glacion in diamond? I cant find it.
IIRC, it's on the northernmost patch of grass before you reach the lakefront, off the the left a little bit.
