Eevee/Umbreon IVs/EVs?

I have been breeding eevees for my 3rd gen team...

EDIT: Is the def good enough? And the speed? (though it doesn't really need it I don't think)

Eevee - #133 (Careful)
HP: 30 - 31
Att: 15 - 17
Def: 28
SpA: 27 - 28
SpD: 30 - 31
Speed: 13 - 14

I used metalkid's IV calc...are these good enough?

About the nature...my team isn't so great against special attacks, and resist physical attacks well, so I'm running careful nature w/ 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 SpD...will these IVs work?

Okay...does umbreon need speed? It has BP, wish, Mean look, and curse...oh, curse...never mind. I just wanted to be sure the defense was high enough. Okay, thanks.

Yeah those will work. Make sure the calculation isn't done on a low level Eevee, because those can be inaccurate. Careful nature isn't a problem, compensate it on another Pokemon.

It doesn't need Speed, too slow for Speed. And getting extra speed would be a waste of time compared to the effort required.

Metalkid;'s is totally accurate. I used rare candfies to level 11...but the range is perfectly accurate. BTW, I saved b4 I used the candies, so I can EV it...and what does that last line mean? I may have a high GPA, but I'm dumb...

It's not worth breeding other Eevees just for a better speed, because the extra few stats isn't worth the time that it takes for you to breed another super Eevee with good IVs.

Alright then. Thanks guys! Now to EV it...and since curse takes off speed, speed IVs aren't really needed I just realized...and okay, thanks! Mods can lock this if they desire...
