Just letting you all know that the type is flying. Not poison (which was the fifth type we did), not anything else.

Cirreon (Cirrus Cloud)
Appearance: has Altaria's wings, and Pidgeot's crest. Not even back legs, they are replaced by talons. The tail is sometimes left, and in that case, the original body keeps its fur. If it is not, he grows beautiful feathers that look like Pidgeot's.
EV. Method: Fly while you have Fly on Manual in options. While flying around, do not land anywhere, but fly until you face a double battle against an Altaria and Pidgeot. you must purposly let all your Pokemon die without even scratching them, but make Eevee your last Pokemon. when you faint them, they fall. You're Eevee tugs the bird that you're riding on down to where they fell. It stands in between them and it evolves.
(NOTE: for this battle to activate, you must have beaten the E4, have all Pokemon L100, and have them all have a status raising (lowering) move except for Eevee.)
Sig Move:
Cloud Whip-Up
PP:5 (max 8)
Power:60
With the Item Water Rock (Or whatever it's called), you can go to the sky and experience another battle while a pokemon is holding it. It will become Evaporated Rock. This increases the move time from 5 turns to 8 turns.
Cirreon throws a Cloud at the opponent. It does 60 damage at the beginning, deflects moves, and wrap-effects. on turns 2-5 it changes 60 damage to lowering all stats 2 stages. on turns 6-8 it does everything.

Name: Aviation
Type: Flying
Gender Rate: 45% Male, 15% Female, 40% Genderless (?!).
Ability: Eagle View – Can predict foe's next attack by going up in the sky.
Description: Aviation is a unique pokemon, since he can also be genderless.
His eagle view ability makes him a fearless opponent, and it is very rare for him to
Make a false prediction.
He doesn't fly in the air, though he have wings.
If aviation comes in your dream, he can give you the some of his feathers in order to fly.
Evolution Process: Eevee must be level 15 exactly, otherwise he can't perform the Evolution ceremony. Eevee grows one wing in his left side, and starts swinging it, raising slowly from the ground. When he finally reaches the clouds, he lies down on him and falls asleep. In his sleep, he gets covered in feathers and stays in a cocoon situation for 3 days. After he is finished, he uses his new right wing to crack the cocoon and go out, after that, he never uses his wings again.
Pokedex description: He had been never seen in the skys.
Only few were to witness to his evolution.

Cocoon of Feathers - Normal
Description: As it recalls his evolution process, Aviation uses his feathers to
Protect himself in a cocoon, making himself invincible for 1-3 turns, but can't attack.
(Unless he had learned once the "Cocoon Breaker" Move)
Can't be paralyzed, Froze or slept, fire damages x2, Bug heals the exact damage meant to inflict.

Description: Aviation uses his thousand feathers to cut through his opponents flesh.
After that he quickly regenerates new feathers, shinier then the last ones.

Description: When Aviation sheds his feathers, his speed rises sharply,
Guaranteed to attack first, but his attack sharply lowers.

Hey everybody, I'm finally posting!
Well, that's the end of Flying.
The winner was Cirreon.
Now, you must make an eeveelution that is of every known type and can be counted as Uber.
This will be our final 'type' so I will let it go on for a while.

Omneon (From Omni, Latin phrase meaning 'all')

Species: Arch Pokemon

Type: Normal

Appearance: Omneon stands at 5'11". Omneon is completely ivory white, aside from golden stripes on its back, neck, and head. Head resembles Jolteon's, albeit smooth instead of jagged and quilled. Body resembles a majestic wolf, slender yet muscled and powerful. Golden stripes change colors based on current element held. The tail is long and slender, nearly 5 feet long.

Evolution Method: Omneon is not obtained by direct evolution. To obtain Omneon, an Eevee egg must be taken to Spear Pillar. At the basis of Spear Pillar, the Azure Flute must be played. The egg begins to vibrate and glow, and the player is instructed by an ominous voice to ascend the stairs to the Hall of Creation. When the player reaches the Hall, the Omneon hatches from the egg.

Ability: Omni Shift- Omneon's element changes with the element of whatever attack used that turn, always guaranteeing a STAB. Omneon's element remains as the new element until it uses an attack of a different element, or is switched out. Type Shift is not affected by Omneon's Origin Strike or Origin Blast attacks, which corresponds to whatever element Omneon's element is.

Signature Moves: Origin Strike/Origin Blast- Like Arceus's Judgement attack, Omneon's Origin attacks correspond to whichever element Omneon currently has. Origin Strike is a physical move, Origin Blast is a special movie.
Origin Boost- Depending on Omneon's element, a certain stat is sharply boosted.
*HP- Normal, Ground
*Attack- Fighting, Dragon, Dark
*Defense- Rock, Steel, Poison
*Special Attack- Fire, Psychic, Ghost
*Special Defense- Water, Grass, Ice
*Speed- Electric, Flying, Bug
 
Cybereon
Species: Virus Pokemon

Type: ???

Appearance: Cybereon is pure black with red hexagons that move around on it's body.

Evolution Method: Trade eevee with an upgrade, then trade back with a dubious disc. once you do that, breed the eevee and hatch the egg in the basement of the galactic building. it will hatch into Cybereon

Ability: Viral Infect.- steals the type of the opponent and changes the opponent's type to normal.

Signature Moves: Vyro Rush: Power 120. badly poisons the foe.

Omega Flash. sharply lowers accuracy, and 1 hit ko's the opponent.

Reboot. revives one pokemon on your team.
 
You two have made a most interesting tradition: from now on, your Uber Eeveelution must have at least THREE signature moves.

Mystereon

Type: ???
Species: Mysterious Pokémon
Apperence: Silvery-grey, look's like a tall Eevee with no fluffy collar (it kinda has a black, dog-collar-like mark around it's neck...cuz that sound's like it would be COOL lol), has a long, cat-like tail that isn't forked. Has short fur. Has glowing, red eyes. Has no mouth.
Signature Moves:
Curse (duh),
Ominous Wind (It kinda sute's it IMO XD),
Hidden Power,
and,
I dunno...I guess Return Attack or something, it would be a type of Friendship Evolution. However, the item it need's to hold to evolve, if an item is what it even NEEDS, maybe it's an area...is currently not known.

Ability: Own Tempo...it cannot be confused.

Evolution Method: Friendship...plus some other requirement that is not yet and may never be known.

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! I'm sorry that I haven't been on often. You guys are going great! I'm now willing to take answers to my eeveelutions question i pitched to you guys earlier - "Which two sets of characters use pokemon from the eevee family and which town are both located in?" Well, as you probably know, it's ecruteak city (or town - i don't have time to check) so all I want to hear now is answers to the 'who' part of the question. Oh, and also keep posting Uber evolutions. A big surprise is coming... You've all been warned! ;)
 
It all has to do with using a name that is a synonym of the type. As far as stats, you simply rearange the base stats of the other Eevelutions a little, so:


Metaleon
Type: Steel
Base stats:

Name: Omegeon (From the last letter in the Greek alphabet, Omega.)
Type: Uber (all)
Gender Rate: Genderless
Ability: Immaculate - Immune to status problems
Description: The "Apocalypse Pokemon". It is the opposite of Arcues, and made for destruction. This Pokemon was assumed to be created in the order of balance.
Pokedex Data: It is said that this Pokemon lies dormant until a catastrophic event marking the end of time occurs.
Evolution Process: Have Eevee at level 99, and use a Rare Candy at the Spear Pillar. Doing this will show a cutscene, where the boss of the cliche team shows up, criticizing your decision. An earthquake occurs, a flash of light happens and a sillouetted Arceus appears, letting you live happily with your Omegeon.


Signature Moves:
Rectify - Psychic - PP 5/5
Eliminates all the status problems of the party.

Harness - Normal - PP 5/5
Like Metronome, but always uses a signature move from a legendary.

Manipulation - Dark - PP 5/5
Switches out all Pokemon on the field. Will not work if there are no other Pokemon to switch out.

Destructive Manner - Dark PP - 10/10
Raises Attack and Special Attack before attacking with a harmful, flying tackle.

I very much like what I've created.
