Ok, now you're starting to go a bit offtopic. Please continue everything else in PM with an art mod, but no I don't think you're in trouble. Just make sure you have all the facts next time.

Actually yes he did steal it, I made that template myself, and he did not ask permisson to use it
 
As CFD herself has said that the template is stolen, I think it would be best to close this thread. If the creator of the thread wishes to provide proof that they aren't stolen, PM me and I can reopen the thread if I find that to be so.
