5th Gen Egg moves?

So, i'm trying to get a scraggy with Ice punch and dragón dance, but it's kind of not going well. I left at the day-care a male scrafty that knows Ice punch (and Work up) and a female scraggy that knows dragón dance. But i always get a scraggy with Work up and Ice punch. What am i doing wrong? Do you can get only one parent's moves passed on to the egg? Or tm moves get priority when breeding for egg moves?

I was going to try to explain it but maybe THIS will be better.

I do have a Scraggy with both Ice Punch and Dragon Dance I can breed if you're looking for a certain gender, Nature or IV's.

Oh. So that means just one parent passes down it's moves? Since it's VGen?

Also, thank you. But i want to learn how to do it for my other pokemon :3

I'm not quite sure because I always use a Ditto when I do any sort of breeding.
