It is impossible for you to hatch a Beldum. It has no gender and therefore cannot breed.
Unless you hacked...

Nope, it's genderless, but it breeds with Ditto. It falls in the same group with Staryu, Voltorb and the like that are genderless but can breed with Ditto. I know it's breedable, I've seen me do it.
