4th Gen elemental punches?

Seeing as it's a remake, I think they'll put all of the original TMs/HMs into the gmae, including a few new ones, I believe.
 
Move tutor or you could somehow obtain them through a high-end PokeMart at a Battle Frontier.
 
Its probably going to be a Move Tutor.
 
I hope they just bring in Move-Tutors and have us just pay for the moves normally. That way, everyone wins!
 
Like everyone basically stated, it'll most likely be a move tutor. Probably the same tutor that may teach the starters the special moves, "Hydro Cannon" and etc.
