Use Shadow Claw/Double Hit. Jolly nature. and baton pass obviously, but yeah ice punch can be considered.I go all the way with ice punch for pesky salamences and garchomps. that's the only one I would use but you may feel differently. I would also go with night shade, WoW, and pain split/shadow punch/shadow sneak.
It has 100 base attack so one or two elemental punches is a great idea. Dusknoir is a tank/special wall though. Still has good attack.

Maybe Will-o-Wisp, but not Confuse Ray, Item is good replace it with Shadow Claw/Double Hityea, i'm thinking about this moveset

How about both ice punch and thunderpunch? Seems like a decent idea.
