I was thinking about teaching my dusknoir some of the elemental punches....would this be a good idea?

It has 100 base attack so one or two elemental punches is a great idea. Dusknoir is a tank/special wall though. Still has good attack.

I go all the way with ice punch for pesky salamences and garchomps. that's the only one I would use but you may feel differently. I would also go with night shade, WoW, and pain split/shadow punch/shadow sneak.

Use Shadow Claw/Double Hit. Jolly nature. and baton pass obviously, but yeah ice punch can be considered.

yea, i'm thinking about this moveset
    Item:Leftovers
    Thunderpunch
    Icepunch
    Will-o-wisp
    confuse ray

    or somethin like that anyway...

Aight, but definately keep ice punch for those dang dragons.

Will o Wisp is always a good option. I'd use it.

Dusknoir is probably best ran with Thunderpunch to serve as a defense against Gyarados.

How about both ice punch and thunderpunch? Seems like a decent idea.

Yeah Night Shade is also recommended. Dang! This thing can counter lots of stuff!
