[Other] Elite 4 re-opening

Does anyone know which specific flag is in charge of re-opening the pokemon league in FireRed for the rematches? I'm assuming it's one of flags in Celio's script after getting the Sapphire. I know 0x5C is for the Cerulean Cave guy, so I'm assuming it's one of the others right around it?

The flag in question seems to be 0x844. I'll have a look and see if I can find any others, I've never actually looked into it before.

Flag 844 is set when Celio can connect to Lanette (FR/LF to R/S/E).

82C is the E4 flag.

Just to clarify, 82C doesn't seem related to rematches - it is a general 'You have beaten the Elite 4' flag. 844 is set by Celio, but does also trigger the rematch battles.

I'm not sure if we're even all on the same page. I'm looking for the flag that literally moves the OW that is blocking the door to the E4.
