Who else should I use? I think I need a wall and special sweeper..I'm thinking Gardevoir and Blissy?

Get a Gyarados for Cynthia's Garchomp. Chomp is 4x weak to Ice Fang and Levitate prevents him from OHKOing most of your team.

You'll probably want a fire-type too, for Aaron and Cynthia's Roserade/Lucario.
