    will the elite 4 change their pokemon or increase their pokemon level like the GYM leaders??
     
    I think he was asking about Emerald, where you can have a rematch with the gym leaders after you beat the Elite Four and you get the National Dex.
    Well the E4 will stay the way it is. They changed their pokemons' level only in FR/LG but only once, not 4 times, like the gym leaders in Emerald.
