[Script] Elite four

I need a script that verifies that I complete the elite four if it is so that the person lets me advance on the map.
Does anyone know what it would be like?

It depends how you want to do it and what you have in mind. Do you want the NPC to be blocking the player's path at first and then disappear once you've beaten the E4? Or do you want the player to talk to them, and they walk away and let you pass once you've defeated them? etc
