Emerald - Possible to do this with abilities?

    Hello friends,

    I'm not looking to add any more ability effects, I'm looking to duplicate existing abilities but give them different names.

    For instance, I'm going to rename Water Veil to be Extinguisher, and I also want a Water Veil ability for a different Pokemon but called Aloe Vera.

    I like using Hex Maniac Advance. Any way to point new names to the same effect?
