    I want to complete my Hoenn Pokedex on Emerald so i can get one of the Johto starter, do i need to get Jirachi and Deoxys for me to get one of the Johto Starter?
     
    i dont think so because of needing to go to an event to get them.
     
    Its easier to get a johto starter on colloseum or XD
