3rd Gen Emerald Save Request

alright, well, I'm new, and I don't know exactly where to put this, but I'm looking for a pokemon emerald save at the very beginning with Torchic as the starter and with a level 5 charmander, squirtle, and bulbasaur. sorry if this is in the wrong section. I would shark it in myself with Visual Boy Advance, but my save file is on the Wii GBA emulator, and for some reason my saves won't work, even when renamed to the right extension.
