Emolga: Good or bad?

I find Emolga terribly annoying, with it's Volt Switches and double team. I wouldn't want one on my team.

Good, because in competitve games, stuff like Double Team is banned. That aside, when I was fighting in White 2, I found that the best guy against the gym was Krokorok. He let me just spam Dig or Rock Tomb to kill Zebstrika, Flaffy, and Emolga, respectively. The fact that he was fast certainly helped.

I've put Emolga on my Black 2 team and I've enjoyed using it and it hasn't been as terrible as people have made it out to be. However, there is a difference between in-game and competitive; the closest things you have to competitive in the games are the Battle Subway, PWT, etc etc. That said, while I love my Emolga in-game unless it's a NU tier battle I wouldn't really consider using my Emolga in any competitive battles. That's more suited to other Electric Pokemon such as Thundurus, Jolteon, etc.

Fair enough. My style doesn't tend to use Electric-type Pokemon, rather having Psychic or Dark that know Electric-type moves.
