Empoleon Novelty Sets

Ninjask is really fail, but if you can ACTUALLY pull off a pass (lol not likely) you can do some damage.

I'm not thinking about SD pass... But rather Speed thanks to 'Jask's Ability.

This may sound N00bish... But when I can't use Sub anymore, mabye I could use Protect for just one more boost to pass.

Unless... Is there a more reliable Speed Passer that can get in and out of the battle quickly?

Doesn't matter. roar >>>>> Ninjask. the easiest OU pokemon to counter, EVER. but if you can pass speed, good. there's always agility and passing attack...

The only person I can fight right now... my brother, doesn't use Roar/Whirlwind. And I already got weather support to counter his Tyranitar's Sandstream, his biggest threat to my team.

But 90% of teams have PHazers, meaning ninjask works 10% of the time...so no...I mean, it's by far the most overrrated pokemon in history, but I won't even go there...lol
 
Scizor can BP speed fine...I mean, ninjask is just so easy to counter...though maybe TAUNT could remedy thy situation.
 
Set is fine, but run:

Adamant / Impish, 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def

Scizor is too slow to make use of speed.
 
It'll be useless if it was your only Water Pokemon that doesn't know any water moves.
 
Scizor would do fantastic to pass Attack and/or Speed to Empoleon, unless Empo is running SD on its own. Scizor would most likely draw a fire attacking Pokemon out of the enemy's team, and after BP-ing, Empoleon could just take the hit.

Who would make an Empoleon (or any Water-type Pokemon for that matter) without a Water-type attack? That would be pure n00bness.

EXCEPT for Gyarados. His movepool is so great, he can function without Waterfall.
