2nd Gen Emulating the Mobile Adapter GB

    Basically this guy is trying to emulate Pokemon Crystal's Mobile GB. The mobile GB had events, online trading, online battling, a lot of cool stuff. He also talks about creating servers for it and translating it into English so it's usable by all. I'd really love to see an online Pokemon Crystal community (without hamachi), with this Mobile Adapter GB emulated properly.

    Thoughts on this?
     
    So glad somebody is taking this up. In the past it was mostly a lack of documentation and dumps of data that prevented mainline emu authors attempting it; they often rely on other's RE. Wish them the best of luck.

    If they manage to implement it, one interesting side-effect is that the Mobile Stadium replay feature in Pocket Monsters Stadium 3 / Pokemon Stadium 2 should be usable again. Crazy enough, the feature is fully translated in international Stadium titles.
     
    I would love to see a small Gen2 community trading pokemon, battling, it'd be nice.
