Emulators online?

I guess no, I think that VBA can with Hamachi, but No$GBA w/ Wi-fi w/ Pokemon, Nope. I don't think there is a program to connect emulators, because DS isn't fully emulated yet.

EDIT: Whoops, I think you can : CycloDS search for it plus something there's a guide for GTA Chinatown Wars here, which might work also for Pokemon

The last time I checked, a CycloDS was a piece of hardware.
