Bug Catching Contest
Running from September 22 - September 29.

Hey all you bug-enthusiasts! Are you the next Bug-Type Pok?mon specialist waiting to be discovered? Then why don't you come join us for the festival of the seas and the skies bug-catching contest! You'll definitely be in for a buzz of a time!

Take a screenshot of any one bug-type pokemon you've captured of your choosing in your Pokemon Silver and Pokemon Gold games. Entered Pok?mon do not have to be caught in the in-game Bug Catching Contest - you can catch one from anywhere in the games. You may change your entry at any time between September 22 - September 29, but after this time, your entry cannot be changed.

The judging will be run according to a points system, with each entry being marked according to the following criteria:

Pok?mon: How well does this Pok?mon stand out? (10pts)
Moveset: How well would this Pok?mon do in battle? (5pts)
Misc: Shiny, Nickname. (2pts each = 4pts.)

You may add an explanation that outlines your choices in regards to your entered Pokemon. (ie. why you chose to give it that specific set of moves.) This is optional. It rewards no points, but is a nice little touch to any entry! Now, off you go! Happy catching!

Well congrats Lopunny you win by default haha. I think what I may do is a perma bug catching contest, if people were interested. We'll see. I have a few ideas ;)
