Like the title says, this deck is designed to go through the energies of the deck, which means that there is not really one Pokemon that shines.

Too many Pokemon lines and not enough cards to evolve them/retrieve them fast enough. That said, Lady Outing is your only non-Modified legal card. Swap that out for something and you could take this to an event like a Battle Roads.
